Project Description:

Including new, used and VIO registration statistics, and sales combined with

Role in the Project: 
•	Developing the reports, and uploading them to the Share Point, entering into
PMRx if there any issues.
•	Meeting with end user, collecting requirements and converting into technical
specification.
•	Developed Server side PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions & Packages) for
implementing complex business logic.

Project Two: Inventory and purchase System
Duration: Jan’2005 to May’2007
Project Description:
	                 It’s a combination of Purchase and Stores Departments.
                 Overall it contains
o	Purchase orders maintenance system
o	Stock maintenance
o	Ledger Processing
Purchase order maintenance system is maintaining Purchase Orders. This system is
the automation of stores activities. User department raises requisition for
items. If the item is available in stores, a stores issue voucher is raised and
an item is sent to user department otherwise a purchase requisition is sent to
purchase department.  Purchases department send enquiries to the vendor and
receive quotations. Based on quotations, an order is raised and sent to the
vendor. Vendor sends the material with invoice to the stores. A good(s) receipts
is raised and material is sent for inspection. Rejected material is sent back to
the vendor.
Stock maintenance is maintaining stock, which is necessary for organization.
Ledger processing is maintaining monthly accounts.

Project Three: Dispensary and Outpatient Monitoring System. 
Project Description:
	The aim of this project is to maintain the outpatient registration and
Dispensary Transaction.
                  It also deals with the attendance of staff. 
            The Out Patient Registration deals with the registration of patients
who need the services it includes       
                   New registration, revisit, modification and old revisit of
patients.
            Dispensary deals with the medicine transactions. Patients either
inpatients or outpatients will take   
                    Medicines from here. It includes Master stock and Drug
issues.
