Software Architect

* Refactored major legacy Delphi commission engine to run much faster and with
greater stability and accuracy.
* Train new developers both in maintenance of legacy Delphi and current C#.NET
systems.
* Responsible for all database development efforts, including a major effort to
move SQL statements from legacy client code to standardized data layer, including
more prevalent use of database stored procedures, some of which were written by
me as CLR-integrated procedures in C#.NET.  Focused also on optimization and
