REILLY MORTGAGE COMPANY – SQL Server and Access Database Development 
Managed and developed the RAMS database system that manages and tracks Reilly’s
$3B financial portfolio. The system uploads the financial statements to Fannie
Mae and Freddie Mac. Managed and developed the PipelynePlus loan origination
system.

MOBIL OIL CORPORATION – Database Development / Administration Team Leader &
Project Leader
Responsible for the development and data integrity of the Exxon Mobil merger.
Responsible for tracking the placing and separations of over 100,000 employees
into the new ExxonMobil Corporation.
 
FANNIE MAE - One-Man Development Team
Converted the Multifamily Commitment Tracking System (MFCT) from Access 2.0 to
Access 97 with a Sybase backend. Created Access 97 reports for the Asset
Servicing Center. MFCT Technical lead, for the 99-02 Y2K certification.

NYLCARE - Developer, DBA, and Team Leader of two programmers.
Full life cycle development of the NYLCare Provider Contracts Management System.
(Requirements Analysis, Database Design, Development, Testing, Documentation,
Training). Assigned tasks to the development team and reviewed and approved the
developer's work. The system was built using Access 97 and SQL Server 6.5.
Created all SQL Server stored procedures, triggers, views, and tables. Developed
the most difficult parts of the application in Access using VBA, which included
retrieving data from a main frame and updating the system on a nightly system.
VBA code, error handling, windows API calls, and DLL's were used in creating the
application.  A Visual Basic start up application was used to start the Access
application. Developed Wise installation script to install application on users
machine from the network.

POPULATION SERVICES INTERNATIONAL (PSI) - One-man development team
Responsible for the full life cycle of the PSI Contract Management System.
(Requirements Analysis, Database Design, Development, Testing, Documentation,
Training). The application was developed using MS Access 97 and SQL Server 6.5.
Created tables, views, triggers and stored procedures in MS SQL Server 6.5.
Application was developed using unbound MS Access forms. Data was manipulated
using SQL pass through queries that called stored procedures. Created Queries,
Forms, Reports to manipulate and view data. VBA code, error handling, windows API
calls, and DLL's were used in creating the application. A Visual Basic start up
application was used to start the Access application. Developed Wise installation
script to install application on users machine from the network.

SHEET METAL AND AIR CONDITIONING ASSOCIATION (SMACNA) - One-man development team

Full life cycle development of the SMACNA Association Software. (Requirements
Analysis, Database Design, Development, Testing, Documentation, Training). The
system was built using Access 97 and SQL Server 6.5. Created all SQL Server
stored procedures, triggers, views, and tables. VBA code, error handling, windows
API calls, and DLL's were used in creating the application.

DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY, Mathematical, Information, & Computational Sciences
Division (MICS)
Developed, implemented, and maintained the Divisions Budget and Fieldwork
Proposals database.  Assisted in the database design of a virtual management
information system.  Evaluated hardware & software technologies for MICS.

OTHER JOBS - Created full life cycle applications using MS Access 2.0 or MS
Access 97. Created forms, queries, tables, VBA Code/Access Basic Code in all the
applications. Converted applications form Access 2.0 to Access 97. Converted DLL
calls, Win API calls and Access Basic code to VBA code.
