AVP, Application Development

•	Promoted from project manager/ developer, to application manager, to AVP.
•	Lead 20 application development employees, including 4 managers, to develop
and maintain all applications and systems for the entire company (over 60 user
applications), serving four business channels and all shared services
departments.
•	Technologies include n-tier Web applications, internal and external B2B/ B2C
services, and client-server legacy and proprietary applications.
•	Responsible for maintaining annual budgets in excess of $2M.

•	Solely responsible for the creation of all applications for new Retail
