Formatta – Developed a hard drive tracking system that allows the
standard CRUD functionality for operating on individual drives and drive sets. It
also routinely pulls data, via a web service, from another datastore and
transforms the foreign objects into domain object utilizing Commons’ Digester

Formatta – Designed and developed the scheduled e-Form archiving
functionality which allowed an end user to create an archiving routine visually
via JSP. During the process of creating a routine, the end user could select
dates, times, and repeat intervals for the scheduled archive routine’s execution
plan. Technologies: J2EE, Tomcat 5.5, Quartz Timer API, Apache Axis 1.4, JDBC
ProLogic Inc – Team lead for the Intelligence Data Interface (IDI)
team. IDI is the gateway into the Distributed Data Visual Management system
(DDVM) which provides soldiers in the field with situational awareness
information. IDI queries/ingests many enterprise information systems and
transforms the data into common domain objects that can then be distributed
throughout DDVM. My duties were to improve IDI performance prior to November’s
test phase and re-architect DDVM’s communication in the middle layer.

Anteon – Designed and developed the attachment functionality for

Bear Stearns – Created, documented, and mentored several data
transformations which aided in Bear Stearns’ international portal enhancement.
The project included XML-to-XML and XML-to-fixed-length file format
transformations accessing TIBCO EMS Queue, IBM MQSeries, and flat files served as
reference tables. Technologies: IBM WebSpere Datastage TX 7.1 Enterprise

AutoTrader.com – Created a proof of concept that closely mimicked the
current car listing creation/modification process of AutoTrader.com. Also
created the testing strategy for the proof of concept. Technologies: WLS & WLI &
Workshop 8.1.4, Epiphany 6.5.4 as the EIS
AutoTrader.com – Managed a one man project that assisted AutoTrader.com
with their EAI adoption and planning effort, created an RFI document, assisted
with vendors’ responses to the RFI, and assessed open source software for
viability Technologies: JBoss Application Server and JBoss jBPM with the
corresponding plug-ins for Eclipse.
Capitol One – Created an online “Credit Loss Forecasting” system which
enabled Capitol One’s forecasters to produce reports in a number of days rather

Struts, POI-HSSF for MS Excel manipulation
Primus Telecommunications, Inc – Part of a team that built a B2B
