onsite operations support team. Managed the development of database application

Technical Oversight
· Researched mortgage insurance industry best practices in defining usability
standards for future intranet and internet application development. Performed a
proof on concept to evaluate if Vignette CAM to determine if Vignette VCM product
would be required to meet business objectives. Defined architecture and design
standards based on 90% out of the box product capability and 10% customization
of the Vignette product.
· Developed in-house technical competency through researching undocumented
Vignette VAP database design and developing backend routines to perform complex
server console tasks. Evaluated feasibility of integrating XML based rich text
editors with Vignette VAP 7.2 and use of container independent JSR portlets to
extend VAP functionality. Researched LDAP to Vignette integration options for
dynamic security access control to portal applications.
