	Technical Leader within the professional services group tasked with analyzing,
designing, implementing, testing, and shipping customizations and upgrades for
various multi-million dollar corporate banking clients.
Accomplishments include: 
•  Led the collaboration and design of the conversion of a customer’s system
from an java applet based 3-tier architectural environment to an upgraded
server-side Java J2EE environment complete with customizations incorporated into
the original base product.  
• Led upgrade of a high profile customer from a lower version of the product to
a newer version which included porting to Suns JRE.   Leadership scope included
troubleshooting issues and quality assurance initiatives before and after product
delivery to customer.
• Led implementation of new development for a check services module with zero
severe quality issues at time of customer review. 
• Led full life cycle development of an interface between our product and a
real-time foreign exchange rate system.
• Served as Source Control Manager and handled deliveries of code releases to
various customers.
		
May 1999 – July 2001	Programmer Analyst	Naval Sea Logistics Center
			Mechanicsburg, PA
	Member of a dynamic team tasked with managing and upgrading a terabyte database
that stores engineering data retrieved from systems on US Naval ships.   Our team
replaced old systems with web-based systems that collected data and presented it
into metric displays for admirals tasked with making executive decisions and for
engineers tasked with improving ship building designs and troubleshooting
problems with current ships.
Accomplishments include:
• Helped design and ported data using PL/SQL from multiple mainframe card
systems stored on various military bases into a single relational Oracle
database.
• Assisted in the design and web development of a reporting tool used by ship
builders.
• Led discussions with client to document specifications, developed a prototype,
then guided a team in developing the product.
