engineers; identified risk along with security issues specific to system

* Leveraged data and analysis to develop a land use study funded through the
Environmental Task Force that documented long term environmental changes in land
use and vegetation for two cities (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Kobe, Japan) and the
Kola Peninsula.
* Led a review team for the Classification Review Task Force providing
substantive historical analysis to justify reclassification and release.
Documented all phases of the project in a comprehensive report with task force
recommendations.
* Developed requirements for end user operations and a database specification to
support CNC system interoperability with other Central Intelligence Agency
systems. Provided detailed system workflow and diagrams for implementation of
re-engineered functionality.
* Validated interoperability requirements, mission spending guidelines and
operational procedures across 19 agencies supporting US foreign intelligence
strategic investment planning.
