Task Lead in the design and development of applications used internally by
Datawiz to integrate a non-profit organization’s member’s data into PL/SQL Forms.
Created forms for them to input information about member’s bio-data and job
information and affiliations with other organizations. Designed and developed the
database architecture, ie. Tables, indexes in Oracle database. Worked with
individual member’s in different states to gather requirements for each
individual group of users and translate these requirements into a usable
application to be used for sign-in purposes at different conventions around the
country. Also developed forms for travel information for the members when
traveling was involved so that data could be saved and sent to the members as
required.

Supervise 7 employees, set up an Internal Medicine practice with computer
network in 2 different locations. Set up on-line accounts with all the insurance
companies the practice routinely deals with its patients. Helped with internal
organization of the office and helped hire employees. Also, did billing for the
medical office using Medisoft Advanced 12. Also created the website for a
professional medical organization to help members be in touch with the
organization and its events.
PeopleSoft Security Administrator 10/04 – 5/05

Task Lead in the design and development of Security Implementation in Peoplesoft
for release of Peoplesoft 8.x Applications (HRMS, Financials and Supply Chain and
Portal).
Worked as a lead for design requirements, implementation, testing, and
documentation for PeopleSoft Security related projects with a focus on balancing
business requirements with security requirements. Enhanced security procedures
and policies, performed security audits, and worked with the business to
determine appropriate security authorization levels. Also lead security planning,
requirements, development, and testing activities during PeopleSoft upgrades and
provide tools, standards, templates, reviews, and methodology. Created some 132+
dynamic groups, row-level security permission lists, data mover scripts. Worked
with auditors for SOX (Serbanes Oxley) Compliance of all the PeopleSoft systems.
Wrote SQL scripts to retrieve data from Peoplesoft System tables to show SOX
compliance in logical access control, complete audit trails of all types of
access, consistent application of IT policies.

Analyzing, development and testing of interfaces for GEMS Expense Module.
Interfaces include credit card transaction upload into PeopleSoft, employee
direct deposit information, employee credit card assignment load into PeopleSoft,
US Bank data upload into cross-reference tables. Setup EIPs in Development and
Test environments for person data uploads into FIN from HRMS. Technology used was
Component Interfaces and Integration Broker in Peoplesoft. Project required
ability to learn these components without formal training. Learned to use flat
file layout component to map files easily and import them into the Oracle 8
Database. Defined the gaps in the XML files received from US Bank and load credit
card data correctly into PS staging tables. Communicated with US Bank Support as
well as Peoplesoft Tech Support to figure out some of the issues that needed to
get resolved on both sides.
JAVA Developer/EDI Lead Developer 4/03-5/04

Development and unit testing of EDI NGFS batch processes and end user interfaces
for NGFS (Next Generation Fulfillment System). This was a internal project within
GTSI to replace their old system. Languages used were JAVA and Versata on a
Oracle Database using SQL. Also completed use-cases and technical requirements
documentation for all EDI processes. Challenges were to learn new technology
(JAVA and Versata) which were accomplished by taking courses at a technical
institute. Demonstrated the adeptness of learning new technology and quickly
applying the new learned skills. Project was short lived since it did not meet
GTSI CEO directives.
Oracle Developer/EDI Lead Developer 9/99- 4/03

Task Lead in designing, developing and upgrading if necessary, all production
routines that directly support the EDI Team. All routines consisted of Pro-C with
Embedded SQL, PL/SQL Forms 4.5 and Unix Shell Scripts. Developing and enhancing
current EDI applications to facilitate internal customer use of EDI. Troubleshoot
problems that are impeding the successful transmission of production documents.
Worked on extensive and complicated EDI routines in Pro-C with Embedded SQL that
dealt with EDI 832 (Price, Sales Catalog) files, EDI 850,855 (Purchase Orders,
Purchase Order Ack), EDI 846 (Inventory Inquiry), EDI 810 (invoices outbound)
files. On a routine basis dealt with Purchasing Order Director, Sales Catalog
Director of other departments to modify existing routines or to create new
catalogs for other vendors.
Also headed up the WEB Purchase Order pilot project. Coordinated the development
efforts of several developers, the refining of requirements with internal
customers and did some initial development using Versata and JAVA.

Worked at the University’s IT department. Handled requests by faculty and staff
and Admitting office to make changes to their internal forms used within the
university. Also, created and maintained Marshall University’s IT web pages. Also
trained some junior interns and staff on how to use the forms correctly.

generation.
Responsibilities include: gathering user requirements and analyzing the work
flow and data flow of the Collection System; developing the database structure
and tables in Sybase 2.0 on the HP9000 with DEC UNIX operating system; developing
data collection interface using BridgeNet Development system, an in-house tool
developed by Vertex Industries that addresses the issues of platform independent
application development, automated code generation, simulation and debugging,
seamless connectivity, real time data collection.
