and Quality Assurance Division.(HUD Enterprise Test Center) in managing,
administering , , installing and configure Windows 2000\2003 , NT, Novell, SMS
2003 servers and Windows XP desktops and laptops.
Conduct Web, Notes, Client/Server and other various software applications to

physical configuration of information systems.

failed systems. Ensures the rigorous application of information
security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the
delivery of system administration services.
Resolves installation problems. Identifies and mitigates security
vulnerabilities and risks. Maintains server integrity and availability. Oversees
the management of accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
Develop and document systems administration standard operating procedures.
Replicate HUD production environments and performs verification testing of
Window System programs.
Providing daily support to the staff, developers on technology issues that
can be easily resolved without the need to wait for Help Desk response.
Investigates and resolves hardware and software problems. Develops
