• Determine collection actions to be taken on delinquent accounts within the
collection guidelines.
• Prepare A/R reconciliation for customers.
• Receive and document customer’s accounts.
• Ability to meet or exceed production goals on a daily, weekly and monthly
basis.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with team members, other employees
liaise between other departments as required.
• Handle escalated calls.
• Possess advanced math aptitude and programming skills using a PC and software
applications including Word, Excel, Go To My PC, Accurint, and Short Keys.
• Experience with and a working knowledge of Medical Manager software
• Transmitted claims for payment and further investigation.
•Prepared and reviewed insurance-claim forms and related documents for
completeness.
