• Collect undisputed amounts from customers.
• Set up “Promises To Pay” (PTP), by check, electronic check payments (EFT), or
money orders, or credit/debit card as requested by the customer.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers who proactively contact the
company requesting assistance in meeting their contract obligations due to
unexpected financial obligations (e.g. family emergency, lay-off, etc.).
• Contact or attempt contact with customers at all stages of delinquency
(usually 1-45 days past due) in assigned queue of accounts on a daily basis, and
work with them to bring their account current within the shortest period of time
possible.
• Determine collection actions to be taken on delinquent accounts within the
collection guidelines.
• Prepare A/R reconciliation for customers.
• Receive and document customer’s accounts. 
• Ability to meet or exceed production goals on a daily, weekly and monthly
basis.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with team members, other employees
liaise between other departments as required.
• Handle escalated calls.
• Possess advanced math aptitude and programming skills using a PC and software
applications including Word, Excel, Go To My PC, Accurint, and Short Keys.
• Experience with and a working knowledge of Medical Manager software
• Transmitted claims for payment and further investigation.
•Prepared and reviewed insurance-claim forms and related documents for
completeness.
•Wrote, designed and produced an insurance coverage database.
•Posted and attached information to claim file.
•Reviewed insurance policy information with company representatives 
to determine coverage.
•Calculated amount of claim.
•Organized and worked with detailed office records, using a computer to enter,
access, search, and retrieve data.
•Scheduled work hours, and resolved conflicts.
• Contacted insured and other involved persons to obtain missing information. 
• Handle special projects and complete them within a timely manner
