08/00 – Present	CAPGEMINI (formerly ERNST & YOUNG), Manager

Project Manager responsible for ERP implementations (PeopleSoft - HCM, Finance
and SCM). Develop application and technical architecture, interface designs,
detailed acceptance test plan and ensured compliance through the life-cycle of
the program, user training, production support, documentation. Lead delivery
teams of 5 to 20 resources.
•	PeopleSoft Security through customized user mappings of over 65,000 users;
including Single Sign on(SSO) Portal using Active Directory, LDAP and SiteMinder.
Supported Intranet and Peoplesoft portal authentication setup for SSO.
•	Roles and Permission Lists/ User Mapping Coordinated end-user focus groups to
map the organization’s business processes to security roles and permission lists.
Mapped Self Service roles and Core HR/Finance roles to “power users” and
established Security guidelines and policies to adhere to satisfy Sarbanes Oxley
requirements for IT Auditing. Developed and coached client team to develop
effective and stream lined Production support processes.
•	Responsible for PeopleSoft Online Security, PeopleSoft Security Definitions,
PeopleSoft Authorization Ids, PeopleSoft Sign on, and Implementation Options and
worked with Security Interface for Financials, HR and portal systems with LDAP.
Some of the responsibilities as Security lead included:
•	Identifying and creating Roles based on functional specifications for
Financials, HR and Portal.
•	Set up Security in order to restrict the number of people who could use the
Process Scheduler.
•	Creating Permissions Lists, Roles and User Profiles for more than 60,000 end
Users.
•	Creating and Maintaining the user profiles and mass profile changes and
supported the day to needs of the development and functional teams in different
environments.
•	Developed Security Load Utilities for Mass User creation using SQR. This was
used to create and loading Permission Lists Definitions, Page Authorizations,
Roles – Permission List relationship and User Ids from spreadsheet into the PS.
•	People Code was used for the implementation of organization rules into the
system.
•	Responsible for other security like Query security, Tree security, process
groups, Object Security, Tools security and used these in defining the permission
lists.
•	Bulk permission changes update through Application Engine processes.
•	Developed multiple Component Interface for Loading bulk User ID’s and
permission list in production system
•	Involved in enabling and updating Security Definitions for Pages, Components
and Menus.
•	Developed various Security views for the fields in the Pages, which are to be
accessed by High-level users; Implementing Data Permission Security Using Views
for General Ledger.
•	Coordinated in creation of department trees using Tree Manager and setting up

•	Used Data Mover to export and import security specific data between PeopleSoft
databases and developed custom DMS scripts for security and other maintenance
scripts.
•	Used component Peoplecode (Prebuild), Buffer Functions, to implement security
by joining the tables (PSOPRDEFN, PSOPRCLS, and PSAUTHITEM) to hide the panels
from the employee users.

new hires access to Employees Self Service pages and automatic locking of User
accounts on terminations of services.

schedules. Developed a "knowledge-base" for my team that was later made as a
"Template" for all other projects in the division. Appointed as a member of the
"Company User Interface Guide" drafting team

08/96 - 04/97	IMAGINE TECHNOLOGIES, Executive – Software Solutions     	      		
            Chennai
•	Analyzed the functionality of the company's flagship product - a document
imaging software, used by companies with high paper volumes in banking sector and
insurance and credit card merchants, and identified new features for new releases
