Experience Highlights
Support and evaluate medical treatment facility readiness to respond to a
Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, High-Explosive (CBRNE) incident.
Plan, develop or refine and exercise emergency management plans to respond to
emergencies, disasters, and/or the consequences of a CBRNE incident on the
installation or within the HSA.
Support the installation commanders’ Anti-Terrorism-Force Protection (AT-FP)
Plan.
Manage Special Medical Augmentation Response Teams (SMARTs).
Assist the development, review, and evaluation of coordinated CBRNE emergency
medical response plans for disasters and emergencies.
Assist in the development, planning, and execution of tabletop exercises,
functional exercises, and full-scale exercises for support and response to CBRNE
events.
Ensure that the medical Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs)/Memoranda of Understanding
(MOUs) are in place to support and augment unavailable or incomplete installation
medical support.
Assist and coordinate the response to domestic emergencies, disasters, or CBRNE
events on an installation.
Assess the requirements for intrusion detection systems, entry control, security
measures, barrier plans and measures of delay, and sensor technology.
Designed complete and effective security systems to protect significant
government assets.
Conducted Vulnerability Assessments on twenty U.S. Air Force Installations.
Scientifically analyzed the effectiveness of physical security systems.
Assessed, evaluated and identified security flaws using computer modeling and
simulation.
Modeled terrorist attacks with Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear
weapons.
Reviewed contingency plans for Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) attacks,
