Administrative manager and executive assistant for an engineering and land
planning firm.  Perform executive assistant duties for the executive vice
president as well as two directors. Coordination of meetings, calendars,
conferences, travel and client functions. Preparation of proposals and
correspondence to both internal and external clients. Office management included
two direct reports, employee performance reviews, coordination and delegation of
all administrative office functions.

2005-2006             RE/MAX Leaders, Sherry Wilson & Co. - Office
Manager/Executive Assistant

Management of the administrative front office for the #1 RE/MAX agent in the Mid
Atlantic Region. Supervision of the listing, contract, accounting and marketing
department. Oversee payroll, employee performance and overall team performance.

1998-2004	Cable & Wireless, America  – Partner Program Manager    

Primary duties involve the coordination of internal and external communication
between a global telecommunications company and its end users, including the
management of business partners that resell the company’s IT solutions. Managed
partner contracts, including both sales and terminations. Led reviews and
evaluations of partner performance for IT solutions based on both knowledge and
sales performance. 

Served as the liaison between the technical sales staff and our end customers to
ensure that their Internet and data solutions were turned-up in a timely and
efficient manner. Coordinated with our United Kingdom offices to provide global
network solutions for our customers.

Served as a third level escalation authority between our service representatives
and the network management center, which involve contact with POP sites, vendors
and in most instances the “local bells” in the affected area. 

Interfaced with senior management and directorate level officials on both short
and long term strategic planning issues, including staffing, cost assessments and
other company goals.

Involved in a task force to facilitate a seamless order process on dedicated
voice, data, and Internet orders that incorporated many different groups within
our organization.

Performed as a project manager on internal programs to support marketing and
business development efforts. Initiated and led floor meetings. Assisted senior
managers in interviewing and performance appraisals

1995-1997	      Ameritech  – Business Account Supervisor 

As a supervisor in the cellular and paging division, managed a group of eight
individuals that represented the business account group for a major
telecommunications company. This was the first point of escalation for large
business accounts. I was responsible for maintaining and retaining the largest
customer base. Also, my group handled the processing and approval of all business
credit applications.

1994-1995	      Sterling, Inc. – Branch Supervisor 

As a supervisor with the credit department, managed five representatives who
assisted customers with monthly invoices, credit issues, and product information.
Also, responsible for maintaining accurate data with the three major credit
bureaus; Equifax, TRW and Transunion. Led a departmental task force to improve
the overall departmental averages.
