During the course of my career I have developed a varied set of I.T. and

analysis, Work flow, testing and training. The last Eight years have given me
full scope experience as a Business Analyst / Training Manager within local
government agencies to include, Human Services, Dept. of Social Services and

I am an expert in business process remodeling and software development life
cycle, including analysis, design, change management, training, testing and

Business Analyst/Implementation Director/Technology Trainer:
Served 5 years in all areas of company in training ,development. and Work flow
expert. .EZ-Filer Systems is a computer software company that specializes in a
paperless work environment. The software, primarily implemented in Virginia
Department of Social Services agencies, streamlines the work flow procedures
with use of case management tools, such as macros and interfaces into other state
mandated database systems. In this position I advanced in progressive
responsibility for some elements of product development and design.
Trained and managed a team of eight employees in software support, customer
service and product training at the User level. Scheduled the implementation,
training, and installation of software product and had oversight responsibility
for quality assurance.
Resolved software and technical support calls, including installation of
software, and user errors as well as trained the trainers to do the same.
Designed program screens and functionality including working with the
development of the software for functionality and to be user-friendly. This was
accomplished by studying the need of the User, work flow procedures and State
polices and procedures of VA DSS employees.
Developed as well as trained customers to develop templates in Microsoft Word
to be functional in the paperless work environment derived from existing state
and local .pdf documents

Traveled throughout Virginia to provide on-site training of customers and to
provide customer service and software support
Visited potential customers to study data systems and compare their existing
work flow and system tools to EZ-filer software. Reported findings to
Administration as to how EZ-filer could streamline the work processes eliminating
some data systems due to the implementation of EZ-Filer software. Determined the
needs of the potential customer and recommended and designed new development in
EZ-Filer software to meet those needs.
