EXPERIENCE
June 2007 to Present [Company], Fairfax, Virginia
Senior Software Engineer. Designed and developed an integration solution that
resolved user experience disparities between Microsoft Rights Management Server
(RMS) and Microsoft SharePoint. Designed and developed twenty-eight SharePoint
custom content types that enabled users to set permissions on SharePoint list,
library, discussion board and folder items. Worked with SharePoint Object Model,
SharePoint Web Services, Features, custom content types and event receivers in C#
and CAML. SharePoint portal was part of a rapid setup/closedown high-security
DoD network that made heavy use of virtualization, Cisco security software and
hardware, RMS and Liquid Machines file encryption, and Titus classification
watermarking and tagging. Developed and maintained an order management and
manufacturing process solution for an online stationery company. Worked
extensively within a B2B service-oriented architecture that provided real-time
data exchange between internal departments and external stationery vendors via
web services and XML. Worked with C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET ADO.NET, XML, XSLT, AJAX,
web services, JavaScript, VBScript, HTML, CSS, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and
2000, Microsoft SharePoint 2007, Microsoft CRM 3.0, RMS, Liquid Machines, Titus
and Bluespring BPM software as part of two ten-person teams. Designed,
developed, and maintained eleven corporate main and subsidiary web sites in PHP,

Senior Web Developer, Department of Health and Human Services. Defined and
achieved client needs through meetings and ongoing technical communications with
client. Modified and enhanced intranet application tracking corporate integrity
agreement (CIA) workflow for attorneys and paralegals in the Office of Counsel to
the Inspector General. Project was built in a three-tier architecture with a web
interface, VB.NET middle-tier business objects and Oracle stored procedures.
Application consisted of approximately fifty web pages, twenty database tables
and thirty Crystal Reports. Recommended and implemented an ad hoc Crystal Report
that pulls information as desired by users from main database table and Crystal
Reports graphing in statistical reports. Designed and created XML/XSLT error log
module. Recommended, designed and implemented Office of Inspector General
website http://oig.hhs.gov enhancements utilizing Dreamweaver and Photoshop.
Worked in VB.NET, ASP.NET ADO.NET, XML, XSLT, AJAX, web services, JavaScript,
VBScript, HTML, CSS, Oracle Versions 9i and 10g, Crystal Reports, Dreamweaver
and Photoshop as part of fourteen-member team.
