Customer-centric Accomplishments or Duties Have Included:
Mr. Jones was the primary developer for Sprint World Headquarters (located in
Overland, Kansas) of the business case for an enterprise Customer Relationship
Management system designed to provide demographic, product and customer profile,
sales inclination and profitability information to a 3G telecommunications
first-tier enterprise.  In addition, he produced executive presentations and
conducted classes on the value of using such concepts and systems strategically.
The system he cost justified and implemented for Sprint was the NCR CRM data
warehouse universal data model which he populated and administered.
 
In other assignments over his career, Mr. Jones served enterprises as one of
their first points of customer or client contacts.  He analyzed business problems
built and maintained solution-oriented business relationships with clients,
across a wide variety of industries, by providing prompt and accurate service.
