customers’ environments;
• Providing support of IPSec VPN solutions terminating on customers’ Cisco
PIX/ASA firewalls;
• Providing limited support of Juniper/Netscreen firewalls;
• Providing limited support of Check Point firewalls;
• Providing support of Cisco’s Content Services Switch (CSS) and of CAI
Networks’ Webmux load-balancers in order to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot
customers’ content networking solutions;
• Maintaining customers’ DNS zone files on Rackspace’s authoritative name
servers and troubleshooting DNS issues;
• Provisioning, routing, and documenting the IP address allocations for
customers’ environments;
