WORK EXPERIENCE:

Quality Assurance/ Engineering/ Databases Intern at Parature Inc. March 2008 –
Present

1.	Created a Client Copy Tool using C# that migrated a client from one database
to another. Identifying virtual relationships and order of tables in which they
were supposed to be copied was the most difficult part. 
2.	Created a tool to convert an ASCII SQL file to Unicode SQL file by replacing
′ by n′. The tool worked for any levels of quotes inside quotes.
3.	Developed Automation scripts for Software testing using QTP 10.
4.	Tested/Developed Integration for synchronization between Parature and 3rd
party systems using Cast Iron Studio 4.0.3.1.
5.	Created a Plug-in that provided both way synchronization between Quality
Center 9.2 and Parature’s Defect Tracking System.
6.	Created a Run/Create TestSet tool that allowed QA testers to create and run
Test Sets without using a Quality Center license. Options of creation were filter
selection, module selection and/or Test Plan path selection.
7.	Integrated the Source control system (SVN) with the company’s Defect Tracking
System using C# .NET framework.
8.	Developed .NET applications and integrated them in the Ticket System of the
company.
9.	Learned their tool Mercury/Quality Center and converted some Dashboard graphs
from PHP to ASP.net using AM Charts.
10.	Fixed minor QA’s Database and website issues including writing queries.
SEMESTER/SCHOOL PROJECTS:
1.	Created a console based library system using Object oriented programming with
C++.
2.	Inventory management system using Microsoft Access.
3.	A solution to the Dining Philosophers Problem using threads in C.
4.	A Unicast and Multicast Chat Application using Java networking concepts.
5.	A complete digital library website using HTML, JavaScript, PHP, Oracle and
concepts of software engineering.
6.	Employee salary management system using Oracle 8i/9i.
7.	File transfer application in Linux (Ubuntu) using GT 4.0 (Globus Toolkit) and
Java.
