 * Over fifteen years project management and design expertise in residential
design-build and commercial projects with the ability to work with and delegate
responsibilities in a group environment including, architects, engineers, general
contractors, subcontractors and fabricators
 * Project manager for museum, trade show, visitors center exhibits and
commercial interiors with coordination among estimators, account executives,
fabricators, art production and installers
 * Creative design talent and experience with furniture, architecture and
interior design projects
 * Experience in preparation of construction documents and coordination, code

Responsible for the coordination and preparation of construction documents,

of large commercial projects for Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority (MWAA)
and Longfellow Middle School. Various projects include:
 * Renovation of 27,000sf office space at Dulles Airport, $1,000,000 
 * Renovation of interior toilet rooms in the main terminal at Dulles Airport,

 * Renovation of 30,000sf roof project on Hangar 5 at Reagan National Airport,

 * Team involvement for the Longfellow Middle School renovation, Falls Church,

Responsible for the project management of real estate investments including,
small commercial and residential architectural projects. Construction management
included coordination of various professional and construction trades, on site
