	Developed new teaching and learning models for chemistry labs, as well

presentation application, combing portable computing, wireless technology, LCD
projection, ASP web user interfaces, an Access database, and a custom-built Java
applet graphics engine.
	Presented original research at regional and national conferences on
science and technology education.

	Initiated and led effort to deliver web-based remote access solution

expanded in scope and territory under CenturyTel (purchased from Verizon).

	Designed and developed tracking system for allocation and management of
federal Universal Service Fund (USF) monies for rural infrastructure development
