Systems Automation Analyst –Contract
•	Designed, created, built, implemented OS&D application using access, excel,
outlook thru internet using Citrix server.
•	ADM(Automated Debit Memos) Report database
•	Shands (vendor) labels using Vendors MS Excel spreadsheet prepared to use in
MS Word, via MS Access
•	Ship Failure Form Database – created similar to OS&D above.
•	Macros that scrape data from IBM Mainframe and put in spreadsheet and visa

•	Contracts - EDI Reject Report.mdb and EDI Reports New.mdb databases created so
that data can be stored and researched by users with a frontend database.  The
frontend is used with many db’s in many locations because of the amount of data
and size of db.  Created to eliminate the printed copies daily.  EDI
Reject/Expired Contracts maintained and archived regularly.
•	EDI Report – Daily Cover Sheet.mdb created for researchers showing work edited
by users on previous day
•	EDI Issues Log.mdb created to monitor issues from EDI statements from various
vendors
•	Invalid UOM.mdb created using On-Demand reports batched nightly from Mainframe
imported into MS Access and prepared and exported to MS Excel to be used in the
OMNI mainframe.
•	Individual Expiring Contract Letters were sent to vendors three times a month.
 Business Object queries were used to import needed data into MS Excel.  When the
spreadsheet was available to use, the spreadsheet was imported into MS Access.  A
switchboard was used for each time the contract letters needed to be sent.  It
dated the letters created in Outlook Express to email to Vendors as needed.  All
tasks were processed using Visual Basic/SQL.  This process saved many man hours
by not needing to manually fax contract request letters.
•	Daily EDI/Audit Report Counts by UserID – On-Demand reports linked into MS
Access for Supervisors to monitor users performance daily by MS Excel reports.
•	Download tool – many reports/models/tables created for various departments
which created dbf files for use in MS Access
•	Forms created in DIW (Document imaging workstation) with Visual Basic, short
pay deduction, dropship, expense duplicates forms used by Accounts Payables.
•	Many reports pulled from On-Demand and put into Access, resulting in those
reports not being printed daily.
•	Documentation/presentation/implementation/instruction for all the above.
•	Cash/Rebate reconciliation – reconciled rebate system with general ledger
system
•	Physical inventory application brought 19 various reports together from
numerous applications and reconciled inventory when needed.
•	Maintained many databases and folders for space capacity
•	Many macros in word, excel, access
