through aquifer testing and analysis for determination of long-term safe yield
and aquifer wellhead protection evaluation/plan development.
 * Managed chlorinated solvent contaminant site (dry cleaner) through private
PRPs and State program to include investigative drilling (soil soil gas, and
groundwater), indoor air evaluation and vapor intrusion testing, Corrective
Action Feasibility Investigation (CAFI) including in-situ chemical oxidation
(ISCO) pilot testing, utility mapping and downhole camera, and soil venting pilot
testing, and soil gas/indoor air monitoring and sampling.
 * Managed several petroleum contamination sites from investigative phase to
Corrective Action Feasibility Investigation to Remedial Action Plan
implementation including ISCO, ISOC, bioventing, biosparging, MMPE, and biopile

 * Managed semi-annual groundwater monitoring program for a lined hazardous
waste cell containing stabilized and unstabilized lead and PCB-contaminated
soils.
 * Managed and prepared bid/implementation documentation to remediate a 2-acre
parcel containing PCB and lead-contaminated soil as part of a Brownfields
agreement for a large industrial property.
 * Oversaw implementation and evaluated data from the injection of HRC into
bedrock for treating a chlorinated solvent release from an unlined landfill
 * Prepared Assessment of Corrective Measures Report for large landfill with
multiple releases.
 * Conducted statistical analysis of groundwater monitoring data at numerous
industrial facilities to evaluate remedial actions and institutional controls.
 * Conducted Phase I/II Assessments on multiple former industrial properties as
part of a Brownfields grant for community revitalization.

 * Conducted EIA of an uncontrolled hazardous waste dumpsite at an active
vegetation management company as part of a criminal investigation. An RI/FFS was
also performed which lead to remedial actions involving the removal of buried
drums.

their aboveground bulk fuels storage facility.
 * Managed the execution of numerous Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments
in accordance with ASTM standards on commercial properties.
