* Created first ever corporate PMO with savings of $5 million in the first year
of operation

2. VP User Acceptance Test (Bank of America): 

* Designed, developed, and led UAT/PMO function for Credit Card services
portfolio of 63 systems on 12 platforms. Implemented Project Manager Workbench
and Primavera.

3. Quality Program Director, Rational Software: 
* Implemented the RUP process for Rose Business Unit. 
* Installed all Rational tools in support, including: ReqPro, ClearCase,
ClearQuest, Rose, Quantify, Clarify, Crystal Reports, and Test Manager.
* Achieved on-time delivery of Rose product (including a 9 country localization
effort), and created a product build environment enabling simultaneous
development across multiple time zones. 
* Slashed test time 40% for legacy product time to market
* Launched 3 major and 6 minor product releases without any defects in the first
thirty days

4. Systems Test Manager, Motorola Wireless Data: 
* Enhanced productivity of local testing facility and improved upon corporate
Six Sigma process and quality goals, while achieving production schedules.
Directed a staff of 53 in multiple US and international sites in network
integration and performance testing. 

* Designed and created test management tool for a UNIX / C environment which
included all test execution logging, defect tracking alarm notification, and test
status reporting.
* Developed and propagated battery life test bench resulting in Motorola Patent
Award
* Awarded    Island of Excellence    by Motorola Six Sigma Institute and became
a test consulting agency for other divisions.
* Successful unit compliance assessments mapping to Motorola Quality System

* Established multi-national test team, including process, tools, communications
and documentation for first PCMCIA radio unit.

Integration Test Manager: Wireless Number Portability Project T-Mobile
* Achieved a successful implementation of this mandated project one week ahead
of schedule resulting in T-Mobile capturing an additional 25,000 customers in the
first week of operation.

Test Project Manager (ATT Wireless): 
* Successfully implemented the complete Mercury Test Suite for wireless device
integration testing.
* Established a controlled portfolio of 47 wireless device types, achieved a
first time success rate of 93%. 
* Managed six successful major network releases, 13 product releases, 104
devices certified for planned rollout.
