SENIOR PROJECT: Kolob

2D action platformer game designed for PCs which runs on the Windows operating
system.  Use of DirectX as the low level graphics Application Programming
Interface (API).  Use of Game Maker as the development software of choice which
contains a built-in scripting programming language (Game Maker Language (GML))

Developed entire game from requirements to testing: 
-	Wrote Game Documentation:  Pitch Document, Game Design Document, Technical
Document
-	Created, modified, edited, implemented, and tested all aspects of the game
including: game level, sprites, world objects, character models, collision boxes,
markers, skins, sound effects and background music 
-	Programmed Events Handlers: User input by control keys and collisions
-	Designed User Interface:

-	 Provided a user manual containing  the installation process and gameplay
instructions 

MID - SENIOR PROJECT: Attack of the Mutant Mother in Laws

2D Action Platformer game designed for PC with a top down shooter sub-Genre. The
game runs in Windows operating system.  Use of DirectX as the low level graphics
Application Programming Interface (API).  The 2D engine is compiled using the
Visual C++ Express 2005 version.

-	Took the role of team lead: Supervised the game programming team, wrote weekly
status reports and excel time sheets, supervised team meetings, 
-	Worked on the Game Documentation: Pitch Document, Game Design Document,

-	 Designed User Interface:  
Development logic

Screen Design:  Main menu, instructions
-	Reported bugs using excel spreadsheets
-	Created a comprehensive test plan 

TORQUE GAME ENGINE MODIFICATION: Enhanced  GUI

-	Personalized Torque’s GUI appearance, added colors and textures by modifying
source code. 
-	Used GIMP to edit the image files corresponding to the background of Torque’s
main menu.  
-	Incorporated background music of my own creation to the default loading
mission.
-	Provided a simple tutorial to help the user customize the look and sound of
TGE.
