I have over 15 years of customer service.  My last position was in a cell phone
call center, as a Financial Services Representative / Acting Lead that lasted
just over 9 years.  I was laid off due to center closed. In that position my
duties were:  answering incoming calls, processing payments, negotiated payment
arrangements, and resolved billing disputes.  I have also mentored new co-workers
and was an acting lead for my department.  As an acting lead, I would take over
esculated calls, approved credits, trained new co-workers.
