Professional experience

	American Red Cross 1994 – 1999.

Originally I worked in administration for the Health and Safety Department at
the Yakima Chapter, but, soon after I became the IT. I did quite a bit of
hardware work during that time, along with managing the network. In 1997, I was
trained as an instructor of the American Red Cross database software called
CHERS, which allowed me to teach classes through out the U.S. At the same time I
became the IT Lead for the Washington State Red Cross.

	Comtronic Systems 1999 – 2000.

I worked with 3 different applications at Comtronics, Property Manager, Property
Manager Edge, & Contract Collector. Property Manager automates the entire
process of property management — from receiving payments to printing checks.
Property Manager Edge was an updated version of Property Manager. Property
Manger’s platform was FoxPro, and, Property Manager EDGE is an updated version of
Property Manager, redone in Visual FoxPro. Contract Collector automates
installment loan management.

Responsibilities:
•	Technical Support by phone, e-mail and faxes
•	Knowledge of basic accounting
•	Software testing of Property Manager EDGE.

	Aether Systems 2000 - 2002.

FireRMS 5.0 is a fire and emergency medical software application that keeps
records for all Fire calls and EMS calls. It automates the process of reporting
on a National level. FireRMS 5.0, in most locations, connects to the Fire
Department’s CAD/911 application.

Responsibilities:
•	Software Test Engineer

	Compudyne, Inc 2002 – 2008.

In 2002, a group of people, including myself, that had worked on the Aether
Systems fire software started a new company called 90Degrees. A new fire records
application, 24Seven, was created using C# and .Net technology. We were then
bought by Tiburon, Inc, a division of Compudyne and continued on with them on
this fire records software. It also connects to the CAD/911 application.

Responsibilities:
•	Software Test Engineer
•	Writing Test Plans/Cases for the entire application
•	Installation of the application for clients
•	Database Management through SQL Server, including SQL Server 2008
•	Creating first draft documentation of modules to be given to the Documentation
Team.
•	Conducting occasional training sessions
•	Management and assignment of defects to the appropriate software engineers
•	Created and maintained a Project Plan using Microsoft Project
