Store Manager  Began career here as Co-Manager in 3 million dollar store. 
Within 3 months I was promoted to my own store in Shoreline.  Have been
effectively managing a 1.2 million dollar store since July 2008.  Duties include:
scheduling, hiring, training, coaching top talent; gaining business insight to
maximize traffic during peaks; uncovering intricacies of environment to
effectively forecast business.  Maintain merchandising to company standards.

Store Director 	Began as a Guest Service Rep, part-time at the Lake Stevens
location. My ability to lead was noticed and I was promoted to Shift Lead
position within weeks.  As I was training for Assistant Store Manager Position, a
store became available and I was promoted directly from Shift Lead position to
Store Manager.

Customer Service.  My organization skills and ability to multi-task were
instrumental in my move off the floor (where I worked as a cashier).  I was moved
to “truck team”.  I helped unload trucks and move merchandise onto the floors.  I
was in charge of several merchandising projects as I have a natural creative
ability and can lead with ease.  I was also part of the “ad-set” team that sets
up new ad signs and re-merchandises every week.  I was also chosen to lead
several projects at various times during my employment.

Inside Sales Rep  As an Inside Sales Representative I was a liaison between our
Wholesale Distributors and the Company Factory in Milwaukee.  I made sure that
shipments were on time and complete and had to notify the customers and
distributors if and when there was a problem. Part of my job was as a contact
person for the Distributors Representatives when they had technical questions
about a specific product or system and how to best utilize the parts and
systems.
