* Served as a pre-sales technical resource, helping sales close over $2 million

CORPEDIA, INC., Phoenix, AZ 2005-2009
Initially hired to lead the design, development, and deployment of a web-based
application used to help companies identify ethics and compliance related risks.
Took on additional responsibilities for leading the development and launch of
custom web-based e-learning courses and providing such companies as Accenture,
Hershey, Hitachi Data Systems, Aflac, and Pioneer Electronics with consulting
services. Coordinated the efforts of eight staff members. Oversaw a $150K
budget for the web-based risk management application and managed the relationship
with an outsourced web development firm. Trained newly hired sales reps on the
company’s products and services and was chosen to participate in semi-annual
refresher training courses.
* Authored a white-paper on “Conducting Effective Risk Assessments” that was
utilized by the Association of Corporate Counsel and by the company as a new
marketing collateral piece.
* Developed custom proposal and presentation templates, which enabled quicker
and less-labor intensive responses to RFPs.
