Information Officer managed a $3.1 MM IT budget during tenure. Built and
directed a staff of six individuals plus sixteen indirect reports in the
functional
areas of Technical Support, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Development
and Billing Systems for 1,100+ user base.
* Cut user support expenses by 50% standardizing desktop hardware platforms,
reducing overhead, establishing procedures for users and help desk operations,
developing SLA standards and trouble ticket routing.
* Facilitated 99% uptime, modernizing network infrastructure through systems
migration from Novell to Microsoft Windows NT, introducing state-of-the-art
