WORK EXPERIENCE
4/10-Present	Veterans of Foreign Wars	Tacoma, WA
                        	Webmaster
	Use Dreamweaver CS4 and its CSS based environment to manage two websites for
the Veterans of Foreign Wars.  The first, at the state level, is for 28,000 end
users and can be found at:  http://www.vfwofwa.org.  The second, at the post
level, is for 1,100 end users and can be found at:  http://www.vfw969.org . 
Instrumental in creating a map of the districts within the state using named
anchors and hotspots.  Designed official state roster access point on the Links
tab of the state website using Spry elements and adjusted the Spry CSS to control
the look and feel of the roster.  In Dreamweaver, utilization of the Spry
Accordion Widget element on the Programs and Contact Us tabs of the state website
reduces page scrolling by 99%.  By implementing web based technology at the state
and post level, monthly mailing costs have been reduced by 95%.  Crafted
navigation background tabs in Adobe Illustrator that are used in the new
navigation bar for the post and state websites.  Generated Spry effect elements
such as Shake, Appear/Fade and Flash elements that enhance user interactivity. 
Fashioned the Spry Collapsible Panel Widget and its CSS properties to control
page scrolling on the Events tab of the state website by 99%.

                        	Engineering Manager
	Using exceptional organization skills, managed multiple projects for the
manufacturing of residential casework under extremely tight deadlines. 
Exploiting training methods learned from the Army, properly trained engineering
department personnel in the use of new manufacturing software.  As an additional
duty of managing the IT department, upgraded the server, software programs and
memory for the engineering department that increased production speed by 50%. 
Used mission focused skills to create procedural standards for the efficient flow
of work throughout the engineering department.  Formed and implemented standards
for internet security to protect sensitive company information and prevent

AutoCAD actualized the company goal to design commercial casework for schools,
