airbag inflators for a private international customer, including management of
international operations/personnel. This project yielded $100M in sales, $20M in
profit, and a royalty stream of $15M.
* Responsible for marketing and sales of $25M start-up of driver-side airbag
inflators less than half-size of competing products allowing OEM 's to install
multiple additional functions on steering wheels.
* Analyzed market share/entry and customer base; formulated and implemented
strategic business plan.

* Managed 350 people responsible for all engineering and operational functions,
including design, analysis, manufacturing, quality assurance, testing, business
