Responsibilities include: underwriting all
types of conventional and government loans
from a variety of states, completing multiple
compliance and regulatory classes, & auditing
team’s files before docs go out.
• Wells Fargo, Conventional Level I Mortgage
Underwriter, Nov 2008- June 2009, processed
and underwrote all types of conventional level
I loans.
• Emerald City Mortgage- Operations Manager,
2006-2008. This was a fast-paced,
correspondent lending office. My
responsibilities included overseeing
processing, working directly with our
lenders/ underwriters, and assisting loan
officers in structuring, pricing, and
conditioning their loans.
