PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project involves the processing of HEDIS(Health care information and data
set) data through the TierMed HEDIS certified engine. The creation of HEDIS
measure results is a progressive process: One that begins with initial HEDIS runs
to analyze the translation process, progresses to additional runs to create
hybrid samples and ends with a final administrative HEDIS run to submit to NCQA.
This also involves consultation with the insurance companies involved so that
maximum quality assurance in the data is attained.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:
To interact with the client and understanding/base lining the
requirements
To translate client data into TierMed standard format and to create a ύ.eprύ
project file for each client
Perform test run of client data using TierMed HEDIS engine
Weekly interactions with the clients to analyze the data run results.
Perform QA before each product release (Compass Navigator , Compass Viewer,
Pocket PC, Data Audit Tool)
To provide the clients processed data results in the form of SQL Server
Datamarts
Perform QA after each run and the final HEDIS results for each client
To backup/support senior analyst for translational/datarun activities
To Migrate the data of the TierMed website from MS SQL to Oracle 9i

EXPERIENCE IN THE TECHNOLOGIES USED:
I have been associated with the project for around 9 months. I had been involved
in the entire HEDIS cycle for 5 major insurance clients.
My major role in this project is analyzing the client data and creating
translation using PL/SQL so that it meets the TierMed format. I was involved in
understanding health care data, HEDIS specifications, and various TierMed tools
and performed QA for each product.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project involves the primary support of Clarify, Genesys and Etalk
applications. Tickets will be raised by the users in the ticket logging tool
called ύMONETύ and based on the SLA of acceptance of tickets, the tickets should
be accepted. Depending on the criticality of the tickets the SLA varies for
resolution time of each ticket and the ticket should be resolved within the
timeframe. It also involved running some scheduled jobs in servers and monitoring
servers on a periodical basis and investigate and take actions if problems
arise.

Analyzing the tickets and resolving them in the required timeframe depending
on the criticality of the ticket

To monitor the jobs scheduled and investigate if any issues arise.
To maintain and update documents like Maintenance Manuals and Frequent
Occurring Issues Document for each application.
To lead a team of 5, helping out in technical and functional aspects.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Clarify Migration project involved the migration of two Clarify versions to a
single upgraded version of Clarify. Motorola had two Clarify instances to meet
the Customer solutions, one operating in North America and one in GSD
(Global).The NA instance was a Clarify 9 version and the GSD version was a
Clarify 10.1 version. The project involves the migration of Clarify 9 and 10.1 to
Clarify 12.5 which was the latest upgraded version then. This involved the
customization of Clarify screens in large and maintaining all customer
information in a Central database which involved data migration.

EXPERIENCE IN THE TECHNOLOGIES USED:
I have been associated with the project for around 2 years (22 Months). I had
been involved in the entire software development cycle in the migration of two
Clarify instances.
My major role in this project is analyzing the requirements and reviewing the
functional specifications, preparing the high level and low level design
documents, implementing the design, doing an impact analysis for all the
releases, preparing test cases and carrying out unit and system testing. Have
worked on almost all the modules of Clarify including Clear Support, Clear
Quality, Clear Call Center, Policies and Customers, Clear Contracts and Product
Manager.
I have been involved in Data Migration too where my role is to maintain the data
integrity in a common database, manipulating tables and synchronizing the data. I
have used Clear Basic scripting for all customizations done in Clarify and PL/SQL
scripting for data handling.
