Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) - Community
Relations Officer
-	Proposed and implemented revolving loan fund agreements with the cities of
Kenosha and Racine to support neighborhood revitalization efforts.
-	Served on committees for the Fed. Reserve Bank of Chicago, Fannie Mae, UWM’s
Milwaukee Idea, and Sen. Gwen Moore’s Affordable Housing Task Force.  
-	Collaborated with non-profit organizations in the planning and implementation
of homebuyer workshops and small business financing seminars.

Deluxe Data Systems - Senior Telecommunications Consultant
-	Designed and implemented telecommunications network capable of handling 1.5
million monthly transactions for over 3,400 merchants in the state of Maryland.
-	Negotiated costs for hardware and software with vendors.

Wisconsin Bell - Product Management Support Manager
-	Managed group of eight sales people in various locations around the state.
-	Developed 1-5 year forecasts of marketing revenues and operating budget
expenses and an analysis of revenues for identifying significant problem areas.
