• Project lead for a Java based suite of applications supporting remote
applications via the Internet.
- Designed and developed various Hibernate enabled applications as well as a
reusable and configurable XML based HTTP/S communication interface for
interacting with them.
- Gathered and implemented requirements from four additional applications
necessary for creating the interface.
- Enables centralized processing of DICOM information by managing the workflow
necessary for packaging and sending to a remote processing facility, performing
the processing,  and retrieving the results with email notifications throughout.
- Facilitates structured storage, searching, and retrieval of items like DICOM
medical images, User data, and audit logs.
- Handles file compression, incremental and recoverable sending of large files,
