I am a self-motivated leader with an extensive background in management and
safety. I have more than 25 years in management and 31 years working for the
largest companies in the industry. My diverse experience and dedicated leadership
has made me a valuable asset to my employers as envoy to State and Federal
agencies including PSC, EPA, OSHA, and DOT, as well as City, County and State
officials.

I've secured company directives by mandating performance current with industry
standards. I've developed and maintained divisional capital budgets by managing
cash flow for long term projects. I've promoted growth and expansion while
maintaining existing customers without the need for significant additional
investment. I've initiated cost continuous improvements throughout mergers and
acquisitions, eliminating redundancies and streamlining the existing staff within
the merged entity.

As a Safety Manager I specialized in review/analysis and implementation of
concise corrective measures for "at risk location" throughout WV, VA, NJ, PA, MA,
NY, KY, OH, AL, and FL. transforming them into compliance with all company
protocol, local, state and federal regulations.
