In the construction industry for over 30 years, with over twenty years
experience in building healthcare facilities. Detailed oriented. Able to discover
and solve problems with design during/before construction. An interior tradesman,

specifications for project. Scheduling work appropriately to meet project
timeline and budget. Interfacing with owner/client to insure proper
communication. Responsible for quality assurance/ quality control of project.
Ability to facilitate the scheduling of material, equipment and subcontractor
work force. Knowledgeable of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, drywall and
carpentry and all other facets of construction.

Preventive maintenance, repair and upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, Hotel
kitchen, guest pool and spa. Responsible for the repair and upkeep of outdoor
public areas. Maintenance includes, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and
monitoring HVAC systems as well as kitchen equipment.

Installation of three injection molding machines, two High speed PET lines and
an Aseptic production line.$3 million process support modifications to two new
process lines included floor and wall demolition, slab on grade placement, epoxy
floor coating, locker room expansion, 17.4 tons of steel erection for new crane,
290 ton roof top unit, two new water silo pads, interior and exterior painting,
installation of underground piping.
$4 million of process support modifications to a new aseptic bottled water line.
This phase included floor and wall demolition, slab on grade installation, epoxy
flooring, 3,500 SF Refrigerated Room, 500 SF Freezer Room 3,900 SF Explosion
Proof Room, Installation of Underground Corrosive Resistant Piping for Aseptic
Process Waste Discharge. Achieved a zero incident safety record.

HUNT Construction Group: May 9, 2005- May 2007 
ALCON/ASPEX Line E Expansion, Fort Worth, Texas

Line E includes a new compounding area consisting of two 2,800- liter fixed
reactors, one 2,200-liter fixed mix tank, three portable stations to accommodate
reactors from 200-liter to 600-liter, seven holding stations, new CIP skid, two
64.6 cu. ft. steam autoclaves, product transfer piping with two 300-liter surge
tanks, and a utility area for supporting processes and HVAC. The distribution
piping carefully designed using 3D models includes over 4000 sanitary welds.
Improvements have been incorporated for bulk sterilization, CIP/SIP,
and transfer processes.

R.J. Griffin & Company, 2004- 2005

Women's & Children's Hospital - Lafayette, Louisiana
Remodeled approximately 24,000 sq. ft. on the 1st and 2nd floors of existing
hospital. Renovation of areas included ER, Radiology, PICU, NICU, Family Waiting,
Staff Lounge, locker rooms, Cryo Room, four LDR Rooms,
C-Section / OR room and a 2,100 sq ft. Staging Area. The demolition and
Build-back also included wall, floor and ceiling finishes in all connecting
corridors. All work was completed within a fully functional and operational
hospital.

C-Section Rooms, Postpartum, Birthing Rooms, Newborn Nursery and NICU section.

Portsmouth Naval Hospital Acute Care Facility - Portsmouth, Virginia
$180 Million, 1,628,000 SF plus 340,000 SF five-level parking garage.

Cleveland Construction- 1996-1997
Assistant Superintendent
Responsible for the supervision of 80 men and women for a large Subcontractor,
specializing in metal framing, drywall and acoustical ceiling tile. Implemented
layout per architectural blueprints. Supervised daily operations, scheduling and
timesheets at the Portsmouth Naval Hospital Acute Care Facility, Portsmouth,
Virginia.

Wenger Tile & Plastering Company - 1995-1996
Assistant Superintendent
Worked for a subcontractor specializing in metal framing, drywall, and
acoustical ceiling tile. Supervised crews on the Kiln Creek Golf Course
Clubhouse-Newport News, VA ($35 million), The Children's Hospital of the
King's Daughter-Norfolk, VA ($115 million expansion. And the Nauticus Museum-
Norfolk, VA ($120 million, 3-Story art gallery/museum).
