Spearheaded $1M+ in complex integrated supply programs including inventory

Significant Achievements
Managed $2.5M in PVF/MRO consignments for a global paper manufacturer delivering
3.5 inventory turns each year across 1,500+ items while achieving a 12% reduction
in slow/non-moving inventory.
Developed and deployed key operational processes to support upstream sales and
oil/gas well projects in the Gulf Coast focused on operations, inventory

Consolidated two MRO warehouses for a major chemical manufacturer including
5,000 SKUs, 30,000 items of material and setup of order management using the
customer 's SAP system resulting in annual savings of $300K in taxes and
$75-$100K in operational costs. Designed the new warehouse, directed move
logistics, organized and setup the new spaces.
Directed all supply, inventory, distribution, order management,
credit/collections, systems configuration and project management office functions
in support of a BP Durango gas gathering and treatment project in southern CO
